I found my stay at Hotel Plaza Quebec to be quite average. The modern decor was appealing, but the cleanliness and some maintenance issues were disappointing. The location was convenient for getting to Old Quebec, and the staff, for the most part, were friendly and helpful. However, some inconsistencies in service and room conditions left me wanting more.
